Designers for a Sustainable Pittsburgh - Wednesday, August 6, 5:30 to 7:30

Hello Hello!

Well, it's happening! We have a date, a time and a place for our very first meeting, now all we need is for YOU to be there.

As most of you know, (and for those that don't--you are on this list because some one that knows you wants you to be involved)...

Fit is excited to start something new... Designers for a Sustainable Pittsburgh. (for lack of a better name at this point)
Let’s get educated, get organized and get moving on making a difference together.

Our first meeting will be held:

Wednesday, August 6th
5:30 to
7:30pm
@
Bright Innovation
Directions can be found here:
http://www.bright-innovation.com/contact.php

Please! RSVP to jenna@fitassociates.com, so we know how many mouths to feed.

Beers and food to follow at one of the establishments on the South Side.

Our agenda is loose, but active. From the folks that I’ve already talked to, there are some great ideas out there on how designers can get involved in the community to help create a sustainable city. We’ll spend some time brainstorming about all of those, and then set an action plan for the upcoming months.

If you can’t make this meeting, don’t worry, there will be others.

Please forward to friends, peers and colleagues that may be interested. At this point, the group is forming by word of mouth. This is an open forum, if you have ideas on discussion topics, please let us know.

Looking forward to seeing you there.

Smiles.

Jenna

Ps. (A quick thank you to Minette Vaccariello and Julia Frederking from Bright Innovation for providing a space and snacks for us)
